¹ Standard model (Mistral Small, EU hosting): €5 net per 1,000 messages. Premium models per 1,000 messages, net: Mistral Large (EU) €55, GPT-4o mini €13, GPT-4o €95. If processing a premium message costs more than one fixed price according to our stored purchase prices of the AI providers, for example with very long settings with many FAQs and no knowledge base, as many fixed prices (units) are charged as these costs require (rounded up). All messages are deducted first from the included quota, then from the credit.
